Северный апелляционный хозяйственный суд забрал у олигарха Константина Жеваго 40,19% акций Полтавского ГОКа – основного актива его железорудной компании Ferrexpo. Забрал в пользу офшорных компаний (Trimcroft Services Limited, Emsworth Assets Limited, Gilson Investmens Limited и Calefort Developments Limited), которые ранее владели этим пакетом акций ГОКа и принадлежали россиянам из ФПГ VS EnergyАлександру Бабакову,Евгению Гинеру и Михаилу Воеводину.
Собственник этих офшоров отменил в суде договоры купли-продажи 40,19% акций Полтавского ГОКа за $27 млн в 2002 году. Принадлежат ли они сейчас россиянам – открытый вопрос, так как Константин Жеваго через свой телеканал «Эспрессо» в конце 2021 года уже увидел за офшорами бороду Игоря Коломойского.
В Ferrexpoнамерены оспаривать решение суда и возвращать акции Жеваго.
