В прошлом году ПИК ввёл в эксплуатацию 1,678 млн «квадратов» жилья. А «Самолет» — более чем на 300 тысяч меньше — 1,314 млн кв.м. Совокупно два лидера рынка ввели в 2024 году почти 9% всего жилья в России.
Следом идут «ЮгСтройИнвест» (682,9 тыс. «квадратов»), «Группа ЛСР» (582,9 тыс.) и ГК ФСК (571,4 тыс.).
Также в ТОП-10: 6️⃣Холдинг Setl Group — 511,5 тыс. кв.м. введенного жилья в 2024-м 7️⃣Фонд Реновации — 433,1 тыс. 8️⃣MR Group — 345,3 тыс. 9️⃣Брусника — 312,6 тыс. 🔟Группа «Аквилон» — 270,2 тыс.
