К 2031 году в городе на территории площадью 16,5 га (в границах улиц Свободы, Победы, Краснодонской, Вольской и проспекта Кирова) появится целый район с развитой инфраструктурой для более чем 6200 жителей.
В проект войдут: 🟠180 тыс. кв. м жилой недвижимости, 20 тыс. кв. м — коммерческой; 🟠школа на 900 мест и детский сад на 240 мест; 🟠современная городская среда с пешеходными бульварами и общественными пространствами.
Инвестиции в проект превысят 10 млрд рублей. Значимые исторические объекты территории будут сохранены и органично включены в застройку. До этого ГК «Паритет» реализовала в Тюменской и Свердловской областях, ХМАО 9 ЖК общей площадью жилья более 450 тыс. кв. м.
