⏺В настоящее время за невыполнение требования сотрудника полиции, должностного лица таможенного органа или контролера в сфере транспорта об остановке предусмотрен штраф от 500 до 800 руб.
❗️Согласно новым нормам, штрафы будут увеличены до 7–10 тыс. руб.
Кроме того, законом вводится норма об ответственности за повторное нарушение: за него водителям грозит лишение прав на срок до шести месяцев и штраф в размере 10 тыс. руб.
