Сейчас США расходуют на космическую сферу 95% общей суммы расходов на освоение космоса всех стран мира. Инициатива США по созданию новой системы ПРО станет источником бедствия, она не только вызывает тревогу ядерных государств в сфере безопасности и глобальную гонку ядерных и космических вооружений, но и превращает космос в потенциальное поле ядерной войны»
