Сегодня, 3 января, ЦИК России приняла пакет документов у Николая Харитонова для регистрации на выборах главы государства.
Кандидатура депутата Госдумы Николая Харитонова была выдвинута решением съезда политической партии «Коммунистическая партия Российской Федерации» от 23 декабря 2023 года.
ЦИК России приняла у кандидата документы о его выдвижении 27 декабря.
28 декабря были зарегистрированы уполномоченные представители партии КПРФ, после чего у кандидата появилась возможность открыть избирательный счёт.
Согласно законодательству, выдвижение кандидата от партии КПРФ считается поддержанным избирателями по результатам выборов депутатов Государственной Думы восьмого созыва – и поэтому не требует сбора подписей избирателей.
Решение о регистрации Николая Харитонова в качестве кандидата на должность президента России будет принято позже, на очередном заседании ЦИК России.
Выдвижение Николая Харитонова весьма активно и неоднозначно обсуждалось в ТГ-каналах.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
