Обвиняемый отбывал сроки за причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью, кражи, угон машин, угрозу убийством, разбой и покушение на грабеж. В последний раз его посадили на 11 лет за жестокое убийство женщины в 2020 году. В 2023 году он ушел на СВО, а после вернулся в родное село.
