Недавно пробовал перевести. ОТП банк принял запрос на перевод, несколько раз возвращал для уточнения, отправил деньги, Револют деньги не принял, ОТП банк зачислил деньги на мой счет, удержав комиссию свою и Револют банка. Уложились за неделю.
Перечислил в итоге через Moneyport, всё прошло за несколько часов.
