По словам Малкова, вопрос расселения аварийного жильяявляется непростым, но власти предпринимают все возможные меры по его решению. «Контракты на строительство новых домов уже заключены. Ведём работы и по приобретению квартир на вторичном рынке. Средства предусмотрены», — подчеркнулМалков.
Кроме того, власти планируют приобрести для детей-сирот 206 квартир. Отмечается , что конкурсные процедуры начнутся в феврале. Квартиры приобретут в 27 муниципальных образованиях, а в Рязани запланирована покупка 56 жилых помещений для детей-сирот.
Надеемся, что в этот раз проблем с выдачей квартир незащищенному слою населения не будет. И, к тому же, обойдется без дефектов.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
