❗️Уголовное дело завели по факту массового отравления учеников общеобразовательной школы №2 в Нягани. В управлении СКР по ХМАО отмечают, что речь идет об оказании услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности (часть 1 статьи 238 УК РФ).
По версии следователей, в результате нарушения требований по обеспечению безопасности продуктов питания работниками муниципального школьного комбината, произошло массовое заражение учеников и педагогических работников вирусной инфекцией, из которых более 90 человек обратились за медицинской помощью.
Силовики добавили, что по уголовному делу проводится комплекс следственных действий, направленных на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего, проводится допрос свидетелей и потерпевших, назначены судебные экспертизы. Надеемся, виновные будут наказаны.
