В Трудовом кодексе новые поправки: виды премий, их размеры, сроки, основания и условия выплаты должны быть закреплены документально.
❗️Также в договоре или акте должны быть четко закреплены условия, при которых премия срезается из-за проступков работников.
Уменьшать выплату можно только за тот месяц, в котором вынесли дисциплинарное взыскание, и не более чем на 20% от месячной зарплаты. Раньше размер мог определять сам работодатель (а то и вовсе лишать премии).
