Про прогноз падения добычи, поступлений в бюджет, рост дефицита, инфляцию и зарплатный застой. Главе региона-кормильца страны такое не положено и не простили бы кураторы. А если бы она с той же помпой вышла и начала гнать пургу - мы бы тут первые её бы и пропесочили.
Так что может и хорошо что к ежегодному отчёту в правительстве округа подошли максимально формально.
