Начальник Национального университета обороны Республики Казахстан генерал-майор Аскар Мустабеков заявил, что в их вузе захотели получить образование азербайджанские офицеры. Однако с одним условием: обучение должно проводиться на казахском языке.
Напомним, в настоящее время в казахстанском университете проходят обучение военнослужащие из стран ОДКБ, которым азы военного дела преподаются на русском языке.
