Mazkur tizim elektr energiyasidan foydalanish qoidalarini buzish bilan bog‘liq huquqbuzarlik bo‘yicha tuzilgan dalolatnomalarni elektron shaklda rasmiylashtirish imkonini beradi.

Tizimning joriy etilishi energetika tizimida kuzatiladigan korrupsiyaviy holatlarni yuqotish bilan birga dalolatnomalarni tezkor shakllantirish, qog'oz hujjatlar aylanmasidan voz kechish, nazorat jarayonlarini kuchaytirish imkoniyatlarni yaratadi.
