❗️Не достаточно просто выйти из аккаунта в Telegram и забыть о нем.

Предварительно нужно выполнить некоторые действия, чтобы переписки и файлы, которыми вы обменивались, нельзя было восстановить. Например, почистить кэш.

Удаляйте аккаунт в Telegram только через официальный сайт. Это занимает пару минут, и можно сразу заводить новый профиль на тот же номер.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
