Well, clearly I was wrong.

If I'm wrong I'll admit it. And I was.

To be fair nobody knew what would happen back then. That's almost 8 months ago. All I was working with was the ceasefire terms, which on paper seemed quite favourable.

But as we all know by now, Israel honours no agreements. The Hezbollah-Israel ceasefire is an abomination. Or more precisely, the Lebanese state is an abomination.

Unfortunately, warfare is not about pride. Hezbollah can hit back at Israeli violations, but it won't lead to any positive result.

Remember how, during the 12-day war, a fleet of refugees from Israel sailed to Cyprus? Well, this is an even bigger story — and the Cypriots don’t seem happy about it.

This is getting out of hand
