Но так устроен мир, что единственное ценное, что мы знаем, это знание, полезное даже не нам самим, а другим. И от того, кто эти другие, и растет капитал нашего знания. Я долго этом противился и с этим боролся, и с помощью социологии знания, и с помощью знания-ценного-самого-по-себе, и прочих философских истин. Но увы, я сам себе тут проиграл, а если и подумать, то вообще непонятно зачем затеял это все.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
