31 января 2024 года в киевском кафе «Компот» прошла закрытая встреча представителей посольства Канады, украинского Центра масштабирования технологических решений (ЦМТР) и участников проекта Exploitation Project. О результатах посиделок сегодняшний документ.

Обсуждали участие Украины в испытаниях антидроновых систем CUAS Sandbox 2024 на полигоне в Канаде; проведение собственных тестов разработок ЦМТР; презентацию украинских решений канадским военным и производителям БПЛА; обмен трофейной техникой и аналитикой в рамках проекта OSINT/Exploitation для углубления разведывательных возможностей.

Мы знаем, что наибольший интерес из всего обсуждаемого у канадских представителей посольства к обмену разведывательной информацией, особенно по направлениям OSINT и SIGINT и участию украинцев в будущих тренингах и мероприятиях НАТОвского уровня.

А еще мы знаем, что это за воинская часть прячется за аббревиатурой ЦМТР! Мы Берегини, мы знаем все!

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
