Вполне логичный и внятный рецепт избавления столицы Кубани от пробок дал мэр Краснодара Евгений Наумов – городу нужны новые дороги. И при этом сам уточнил, что региональный центр увеличился в несколько раз, а дороги остались как «при царе Горохе».
Вывод: проблема известна, решение тоже, но многоэтажки продолжают расти ударными темпами, а новых развязок как не было, так и нет.
