По данным издания «Довод», целью атаки ВСУ мог стать склад боеприпасов на территории воинской части около Барсово. Он располагается в 530 км от границы с Украиной.
Издание сообщает, что эвакуацию объявляли в соседнем Меленковском районе, а жители слышали звуки работы ПВО.
