До октября 2024 года за вербовку на войну жителям области полагалось 15 тыс. руб. Но осенью выплату подняли дважды: до 30, а затем до 100 тыс. руб.
В январе 2025 года самарские власти повысили выплату от региона за заключение контракта до 3,6 млн руб. Это рекорд по стране.
