Ведут его два человека — профессор по переговорам Mark Stout и Rob Boudewijn. Второй является преподавателем по переговорам внутри и вне EU для дипломатов, политиков и переговорщиков. Его основная специализация — Балканы.

Очень советую сохранить и отправить друзьям, которым интересны коммуникации. Этот курс — 3 из 42, где я реально буду читать все. И именно читать, а не пролистывать.
