А не ждет ли всех пиарщиков тотальная сертификация? Я кстати целиком и полностью ее поддерживаю и вообще считаю, что нужно ее сделать обязательной для каждого, кто считает себя специалистом.
А еще желательно заводить уголовное дело на тех, кто будет коррумпирован в попытке выдать сертификацию тем, кто этого не заслуживает. И пока авторитетного контроля над процессом выдачи не появится, сертификация пиарщиков не имеет права быть ни добровольной ни принудительной 😄

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
