Москальковой выступил на международной конференции "Чистая и устойчивая окружающая среда - гарантия соблюдения прав человека" в Республике Узбекистан, посвященной 30-летию института Уполномоченного Олий Мажлиса по правам человека (омбудсмана).

🌳Участники конференции, собравшей на своих полях омбудсменов более 20 стран мира, с интересом ознакомились с опытом Российского уполномоченного по защите прав человека на благоприятную окружающую среду.
