✨️ On May 27, Ambassador Albert P. Khorev visited the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) and met with its leadership, including President Rana Muhammad Siddique Khan.

🤝 The two parties discussed prospects for business cooperation between Russia and Pakistan with a focus on agriculture, industry, and pharmaceuticals. The Ambassador invited the Pakistani businessmen to take part in the INNOPROM trade fair to be held in Ekaterinburg on July 7-10.

GCCI members expressed a keen interest in studying the Russian language. The parties agreed to explore the possibility of offering Russian language courses in Gujranwala.

✒️ After productive negotiations, Ambassador Khorev left a note in the visitors' book.

✨️ 28 мая в Лахоре состоялось торжественное открытие Центра российской науки, образования и культуры. В церемонии приняли участие Посол России в Пакистане А.П.Хорев и руководство ассоциации пакистанских выпускников из российских университетов и стран СНГ, включая Ш.Хасана и А.Низами.

❗️На базе Центра уже в ближайшем будущем будут запущены курсы русского языка для пакистанских граждан, проживающих в Лахоре и его окрестностях.

🇷🇺🇵🇰 А.П.Хорев подчеркнул готовность Посольства в дальнейшем содействовать увеличению представленности курсов русского языка в различных районах Пакистана, что откроет богатые возможности для укрепления торгово-экономических и гуманитарных связей между двумя странами.

На полях церемонии Посол России провёл встречи с членами Медицинской ассоциации Пакистана, ассоциации пакистанских выпускников, а также представителями бизнеса и деятелями культуры.

✨️ On May 28, Ambassador Albert P. Khorev and the Association of Pakistani graduates from Russia and the CIS leadership, including Dr. Shahid Hasan and Dr. Ashraf Nizami, inaugurated the Russian Centre for Science, Education and Culture in Lahore.

❗️In the near future, the Centre will offer Russian language courses to Pakistani citizens living in Lahore and the surrounding area.

🇷🇺🇵🇰 Ambassador Khorev emphasized that the Russian Embassy stands ready to further promote the teaching of the Russian language in Pakistan. This will open up opportunities to strengthen trade, economic, and humanitarian ties between the two countries.

During the ceremony, the Ambassador met with senior members of the Pakistan Medical Association, Pakistani graduates from Russia and the CIS, as well as businessmen and cultural figures.
