🔺 Firefox — about:config → network.http.http3.enabled
🔺 Opera - opera://flags/#enable-quic

🔴 3. Ставим протокол QUIC в положение Default или Enabled. Если он уже Default — меняем на Enabled.

🔴 4. Перезагружаем браузер и смотрим видосики без зависаний.
