Never stress yourself out over simple things, like work or household chores. Even if things don't go according to plan, negative emotions won't do you any good.
My grandfather always told me: "Do everything calmly, carefully and without rushing, then you will definitely have time to do everything and do it well, and most importantly, you will enjoy the work."
Negative emotions and stress can only disorient you, distracting you from proper thoughts and order of things. Find a minute, even in the busiest day, to stop and enjoy life. The fact that you can breathe and love. For me, this is the most important thing in life.

Everything else is perverse, depraved, and sick.
Sex and the body must not be contaminated. A woman is a WOMAN. A man is a MAN.
Women are mothers.
Men are fathers.
Anyone who supports this so-called “perverted openness” is guilty of desecrating the divinity of the soul.

Imagine tearing down a wall in your basement – and instead of pipes or wires, discovering an entire forgotten world.
That’s exactly what happened in Turkey, when a man renovating his home stumbled upon something far greater: Derinkuyu – an underground city that had slept in secret for centuries.
Not a single chamber. No equipment. And yet, life once thrived entirely beneath the earth: with chapels, schools, stables, wells – and enough space for more than 20,000 people to seek refuge.
No sky. No daylight.
Only stone, darkness – and the haunting awareness that humans once survived down there, while danger loomed above.
Derinkuyu is more than an archaeological wonder.
It is a silent testament to human resilience – carved deep into the earth to escape the cruelty of the surface.
A place where history wasn’t just written –
It was hidden, endured, and passed on – stone by stone.

“In a century like this, it is necessary to rediscover that abyss which separates the divine from the human, so that the mortal and the eternal, the great and the lacking, may be revealed.”

DO NOTHING. REST.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that doing nothing means doing nothing for yourself.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that not being productive means failing.
That if something doesn’t produce visible results, it doesn’t count.
That rest is wasted time.
We’ve gotten so used to being busy — checking off tasks, tracking progress, measuring our worth by what we produce —
that we’ve forgotten something essential:
Rest is productive.
It’s the moment when your body heals.
When your mind exhales.
When your soul whispers.
Reading a magazine.
Taking a long shower.
Sitting in the garden or kitchen with a hot cup of coffee.
None of that is wasted time.
Because time spent resting... is time well invested.
We are not machines.
We are not meant to run nonstop.
We are human.
And sometimes, we just need to be.

Quietly, on a street in Barcelona, stands a sculpture that makes people pause.
It is called “The Abandoned Dog” and was created by the Catalan artist Artur Aldomà Puig.
No pedestal. No glory.
Just a dog—carved in stone, sitting alone, waiting.
His eyes hold you.
Wide. Hopeful. Full of silent sorrow.
It is not just a statue – it is a message.
This sculpture is a tribute to all the dogs who gave their love, only to be left behind.
It speaks for the voiceless. The loyal. The forgotten.
Next to the figure is a poem by the artist, engraved in metal. It reads:
“YOUR BREED DOESN’T MATTER. YOUR NAME DOESN’T MATTER. YOU CAME INTO THIS WORLD TO BE MY FRIEND.”
This is not just about dogs.
It is about what we owe to love – love that comes without judgment, without conditions, without limits.
Locals lay flowers by his paws.
Children stop to pet him.
Visitors kneel to take photos and wipe away tears.
He has become a place of memory, of mourning, of quiet promises.
A reminder that loyalty like this strengthens and holds us.
Artur Aldomà Puig did not just sculpt a dog.
He carved responsibility into stone.

The story behind the proverb:
One day, a merchant placed a simple, dull stone on his table but wrapped it in a beautiful red silk ribbon, shining like fire.
Passersby stopped, believing they saw a rare jewel.
And when one man bought it for a high price, he was later surprised to find only an ordinary stone in his hand.
He was told:
"It wasn’t the stone you bought – it was the ribbon."
Since then, this proverb has been used to remind us that appearance can sell something that has no real value – and that what shines is often just the shadow of an illusion.
This saying especially reminds me of the many modern narratives that, wrapped in appealing packaging, manage to sell entire agendas to minds that question little or not at all.
