Тут не в гигансткой скале, а в небольшой вырубили внутри помещение. Предназначение неизвестно, скорее всего ритуальное, но не факт, что гробница.

Обратите внимание на валуны слева. Они позволяют понять, какие сильные здесь бывают потоки воды в дождь, ведь Петра по сути дела ниша в горах, и если ливанёт - то смоет и затопит, только держись. В сильный дождь даже посещение ограничивается. А когда вечером пошёл ливень, нас тут же подобрали служители на джипе и увезли к выходу.

Благо, сильные дожди тут большая редкость.
