На базе Державинского университета ребята вдохновлялись проектами прошлых лет, учились воплощать социальные идеи и познакомились с социальными партнёрами.

Просветительская программа «Обучение служением. Первые» реализуется в регионе в пилотном формате с сентября 2024 года. В 2025 году участниками программы в Тамбовской области стали 49 школ и 5 колледжей, а также Державинский университет, являющийся экспертной площадкой, выполняющий функцию вуза-наставника.
