سکولاریسم یا جدااِنگاری دین از سیاست، در لغت به معنای گیتی‌گرایی، دنیاگرایی، عقیده‌ای مبنی‌بر جدایی نهادهای حکومتی و کسانی که بر مسند دولت می‌نشینند، از نهادهای دینی و مقام‌های دینی است. این اندیشه، به صورت کلّی، ریشه در عصر روشنگری در اروپا دارد. مفهوم‌هایی همچون: جدایی دین از سیاست، جدایی کلیسا و حکومت در آمریکا، و لائیسیته در فرانسه و ترکیه بر پایهٔ سکولاریسم بنا شده‌اند؛ ولی در کشورهایی مانند ایران به دلیل نوع حکومت جمهوری اسلامی، عربستان، افغانستان و عراق، حکومت‌ها با جدایی دین از سیاست، مخالف هستند.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
