Сейчас в городе работает 40 таких камер. С помощью нейросетей они выявляют грузовые авто, а также распознают содержимое груза. Далее происходит проверка на наличие разрешения на перевозку.
Штрафы за несоблюдение правил вывоза строительного мусора:
⏹от 2 тыс. до 3 тыс. руб. для физических лиц. При повторном нарушении от 3 тыс. до 5 тыс. руб.
⏹от 15 тыс. до 30 тыс. руб. для должностных лиц. При повторном нарушении от 30 тыс. до 40 тыс. руб.
⏹от 100 тыс. до 250 тыс. руб. для юридических лиц. При повторном нарушении от 250 тыс. до 300 тыс. руб.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
