С марта 2023 года по январь 2024 года руководство ООО "ВБ Девелопмент", владельцем которого является Владислав Бакальчук, заключало договора на перемещение грунта по строительной площадке с "заведомо завышенным объемом", чем причинило ООО "Вайлдберриз" значительный ущерб.
