Видимо, денежных средств, которые содержатся в специальном фонде для нужд вооруженных сил, не хватает, или же Писториус хочет получить в свое ведомство больше денег, не взирая на другие нужды государства.
Сейчас Германия переживает не лучшие времена – международный валютный фонд на этой неделе заявил, что низкий уровень инвестиций в государственную инфраструктуру является одной из основных причин низкого экономического роста страны.
