По-хорошему, Путин на Послании должен объявить о замене Министра обороны и Начальника Генерального штаба. Как минимум. Год прошёл - результатов нет. Вот это было бы Послание. С понятной и адекватной оценкой результатов и пожеланиями на будущее. А всё остальное - циничное бла-бла уровня "третьей чеченской" на фоне произошедшего в Угледаре.
