Уголовное дело в отношении Гудаевой тесно связано с уголовным делом, фигурантом которого стал первый заместитель мэра Ангарска Михаил Головков, подтвердил «ИрСити» источник, знакомый с ситуацией. Его задержали 24 мая по подозрению в превышении должностных полномочий.
