Для детей, которые вчера выпали из окна 4 этажа в отсутствие родителей, благом бы было оказаться в этот момент в детском доме. Но детские дома у нас оптимизировали, и детей, которым не повезло в жизни, раз за разом возвращают в семьи, где их жизни не в безопасности.
Интересно, что в этом случае будет проверять прокуратура? Качество скотча, которым было заклеенно окно, из которого выпали дети, или все же систему опеки?
