🔴Судять військового рф, який зізнався у вбивстві охоронця Novus у Бучі
В Ірпінському міському суді розпочався розгляд справи проти військовополоненого рф Ніколая Карташева, якого звинувачують у порушенні законів і звичаїв війни, поєднаному з умисним убивством.
У суді почали дослідження письмових доказів відеозаписів, знятих мешканцями Бучі, та відео слідчого експерименту.
Розгляд справи продовжиться наприкінці грудня.
Нагадаємо, 27 лютого 2022 року на вулиці Вокзальній у Бучі російські військові смертельно поранили охоронця магазину, який був цивільним. Солдати виконували наказ старшого офіцера, який сказав, що всі люди в чорному - вороги.
