Dear God, thank You for this day. Thank You for Your goodness and Your mercy. Thank You for the battles that You fight for me. You know my struggles, God. You know what I’m facing, and so I call for Your help. I can’t do this alone. I can’t fight this battle by myself. Your word in Psalm 121:1-2 says, “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” And so right now, I call on the name that is above every name. I call on You, Lord Jesus. Set me free—free in my mind, free in my body, and free from unrest in my heart. Break the chains that are pulling me down. No more fear. No more anxiety. You have the final say, Jesus, and I put my trust in You. Thank You for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear God, thank You for being my strength, for covering me with Your protection, and for never leaving me to face life on my own. Your word in 1 Peter 5:7 says, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” So today, I give You the weight I’ve been carrying and trust You to handle what I can’t. Dear God, thank You for giving me another day. Thank You for giving me a moment to pause, breathe, and be reminded of Your faithfulness. My mind has been cluttered with worry, my thoughts have been running wild, and it’s hard to focus or feel calm. But I know You’re not asking me to carry this weight by myself. Your word in Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” Thank You for inviting me to come to You, to bring every thought that feels too heavy and lay it down. Help me to stop replaying what’s been difficult and start trusting You with what’s ahead. I don’t want to let fear rule my decisions or anxiety steal my joy. Dear God, thank You for this day. Thank You for opening my eyes to see another week. Morning by morning, You continue to be so faithful. Lately, I’ve been facing things that require a lot of strength to overcome, but I’m so grateful that in You, I can find supernatural strength. Your word in Psalm 138:3 says, “As soon as I pray, You answer me; You encourage me by giving me strength.” God, I feel Your strength on me in this very moment. When I pray, You’re the one who hears the cry of my heart. You won the victory and defeated satan on the cross. You rose from the grave with all power in Your hands.
