Кажется, что в современном мире понятие «непарламентское выражение» безнадежно устаревает и нуждается в расширительной трактовке.
А то после Жириновского и красное словцо некому сказать. Вот, например, «придурок», или «сволочь», вполне парламентское ругательство. Кого им наградить - депутаты пусть решают сами.
Новый стандарт, наверное, нужно задать кому-то из «Единой России». Хотя бы просто процитировать с трибуны что-то из отлитого в граните Дмитрием Анатольевичем. Уже будет резонанс!
В общем, парламентарии, не стесняйтесь, жгите глаголом сердца избирателей.
