Наш Институт был основан 15 мая 1965 года по постановлению Совета Министров СССР №392-147.

С этого дня мы запускаем марафон любопытных фактов об истории ИКИ под хештегом #60летИКИ! 60 лет — 60 фактов! А завершить планируем 4 октября — в День космической науки и 68 годовщину запуска Первого искусственного спутника Земли.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
