На закрытом судебном заседании Областной суд оставил меру пресечения в виде содержания в СИЗО для Аллаярова без изменений. Редактор останется под арестом до 28 октября.
Дениса Аллаярова обвиняют в дачи взятки должностному лицу (ч. 3 ст. 291 УК РФ). По данным следствия, он покупал оперативные сводки у своего дяди — бывшего полицейского Андрея Карпова. Вчера дело Аллаярова поступило в Верх-Исетский районный суд, его будет рассматривать судья Юлия Меркулова. Дата первого заседания еще не назначена.
Та же судья Меркулова в сентябре отправила в СИЗО бывшего вице-губернатора Олега Чемезова. Он проходит по тому же делу «Облкоммунэнерго», что и олигарх Алексей Бобров, с которым связано издание Ura.Ru.
