С 29 января по 11 марта 2024 года любой граждан России может воспользоваться системой «Мобильный избиратель», чтобы принять участие в голосовании на предстоящих выборах по месту фактического нахождения.
⚡️ Для этого необходимо подать заявление в любом отделении МФЦ в одном из муниципальных округов или в одной из территориальных избирательных комиссий (ТИК) Херсонской области.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
