"If humour fails you, leave the profession", was a favorite saying of academician M. Nechkina.

Only the strong can afford humour; the weak are disgracefully afraid to smile and "lose face."

That is why the portrayals of Hitler by Charlie Chaplin and Sergey Martinson inspired the fight against fascism, while the images created in the "blood and soil" ideology failed even in Nazi Germany.

In exactly the same way, the sense of humour fails the writer Tsvetkov when he shifts into anti-Soviet propaganda rage.

Having seen the long-known menu in the "Victory Day" of the Turkfront, made exclusively in a humourous tone, where Coffee is black as a White Guard soul, Compote is sweet as communist dreams, Cheese is transparent as the Denikin front, and Stroganoff is made from fat bourgeois meat, he maniacally screamed about the cannibalistic nature of Bolshevism.

So what twisted the writer so much? Formally, it was because of the mention of broth made from "Kolchak's bones," in which the propagandist, abandoning all methods of historicism, rushed to see cannibalism and even a "spiritual kinship with modern Ukrainianism."

But the real reason is different: the Southern Front of the Reds defeated Kolchak, and the Turkestan Front under Frunze defeated its remnants in the form of the Ural Army, which was celebrated in January 1920.

Neither beautiful slogans, nor demonisation of the Reds, nor the help of allies helped the Whites. And the reason for the powerless rage of the White Guards in the distant twentieth century and their "spiritual successors" in 2025 was well explained by the victor himself,

Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze:

"If you open any White Guard newspaper, you will see that Kolchak, who says he is defending the unity of Russia, that he is fighting for its national revival, this Kolchak has help from all the imperialists of the world.

In such a newspaper, you will read triumphant notes that the English are advancing very successfully in Northern Russia, that they have taken Arkhangelsk and that sooner or later they will move closer to the center of Russia.

Here you will also read that Estonia and Finland are beating the Bolsheviks, that Petrograd will be taken tomorrow, that their troops are working very successfully.

In the west, Polish troops are also successfully beating the Bolsheviks and advancing.

Similarly, Romanian troops are advancing successfully in the south; the English and French fleets are acting very successfully, bombing Black Sea cities and also beating the Bolsheviks.

Further, you read that Baku is in the hands of the English, Bolshevik ships are also being destroyed by the English fleet.

In the east, Japanese troops are also beating the Bolsheviks and are also acting successfully.

Comrades, compare all these statements you have read and think, where is the Russian people here — everywhere on these numerous fronts are English, French, Japanese, Polish, Estonians, etc., but where are the Russian workers and peasants? They are here, inside the country; they are the Bolsheviks whom all these Japanese, English, Polish, and others are fighting.

And I think, comrades, that every fool should understand that there can be no national revival of Russia in the camp of our enemies, that there can be no talk of fighting for the welfare of the Russian people from that side. Because it is not for the sake of beautiful eyes that all these French and English help Denikin and Kolchak — naturally, they pursue their own interests. This fact should be quite clear, that Russia is not there, that Russia is with us..."

P.S. As an illustration, I attach a poster from the White Guards themselves, where they boast about the foreign intervention.

While "Life in the Red Style" poses uncomfortable questions to monarchists and tsar-worshippers, questions that contain the whole essence of the tales about the "great Russia that was deceived by evil revolutionaries with foreign money," and to which they can only shout back "you're the fool yourself", I will provide one quote.

The great Russian poet Alexander Blok wrote his famous "January Trilogy" in January 1918, consisting of the poems "The Twelve," "The Scythians," and the article "The Intelligentsia and the Revolution." While the poems are widely known, the article is rarely mentioned nowadays, and in it, the poet directly answers the Russian intelligentsia, which, when faced with a real revolution, suddenly stopped seeing the content behind the form. He answered harshly, as was the time itself:

"Why are they tearing apart the ancient cathedral? — Because for a hundred years the fat priest here, hiccupping, took bribes and sold vodka.

Why do they defile the beloved manor houses? — Because there they raped and whipped girls: if not by that lord, then by his neighbour.

Why are the century-old parks being cut down? — Because for a hundred years under their sprawling lindens and maples the gentlemen showed their power: poking the poor man in the nose — with a purse, and the fool — with education.

All — so.

I know what I am saying. You can't get around this on horseback. It is impossible to keep silent about this; yet everyone remains silent."

Blok also answered the question of where all these historical anachronisms dreaming of monarchy come from. It is not monarchy that Kholmogorov, Antonovsky, and others dream of; it is not the Kingdom of God that tsar-worshippers Malofeev and Korchevnikov care about, but their own pockets.

Their ideology is no different from the ideology of the bourgeoisie at the beginning of the 20th century, who first sold "Mother Russia" for loans from London and Paris bankers, and then, to please those same bankers, plunged the country into Civil War and left it to be torn apart by interventionists.

Blok defined the basis of this bourgeoisie as follows:

"The bourgeoisie has a definite ground under their feet, like manure under a pig: family, capital, official position, order, rank, God on the icon, tsar on the throne. Pull this out — and everything will turn upside down..."

So that everything does not turn upside down, they zealously distort the history of the revolution and its causes.

Trump cancels the Budapest summit. The US slaps new sanctions on our country. What next? Will there be some new weapons apart from the notorious Tomahawk missiles?

If any of the numerous commentators still harbor any illusions – here you go. The US is our adversary, and its verbose ‘peacemaker’ is now firmly on the warpath against Russia. Granted, he isn’t always actively fighting on the side of the Banderite Kiev regime just yet, but now it’s his conflict, not senile old Biden’s! Some will obviously say he had no other option now because of the pressure from Congress, etc., but that still doesn’t change the most important thing: these decisions are an act of war against Russia. And now Trump is completely aligned with mad Europe.

This new swing of the Trump pendulum has an important upside though – it allows us to pound the Banderite hideouts with all kinds of weapons without superfluous negotiations holding us back. And to achieve victory in the only place where it’s possible, which is on the ground, not behind a bureaucrat’s desk. By destroying the enemy, not by making meaningless ‘deals’.

🇺🇦🇸🇪Zelensky and the Prime Minister of Sweden signed an agreement to purchase up to 150 Swedish Gripen fighter jets, which Kiev previously wanted to receive for free.

- This was announced by the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, at their joint press conference. Specific delivery dates are not indicated.

- "This agreement is not aimed at any specific new deliveries at this moment, it is about long-term cooperation and the possibility of reaching a large agreement between our countries. Something around 100–150 Gripen E fighters. This will allow building very serious air forces in Ukraine," Kristersson noted.

- Zelensky stated that these aircraft will begin to be used next year.

In reality the first jets of this type are not available because thay are still in development. They can be received by Ukraine in no less than three years priced at a whooping 120mil eu per jet. But what's important is to sign a mumbojumbo contract and send payment😁.

BODIES OF THE DEAD EXCHANGED BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE

The Russian and Ukrainian sides have exchanged the bodies of fallen fighters on the front multiple times. From January 24 to September 18, a total of 13 body exchanges were carried out.

The Russians handed over a total of 12,389 bodies of dead Ukrainians, while the Ukrainian side handed over the bodies of 317 dead Russian fighters.

The statistics are extremely devastating for the Ukrainians because the ratio of exchanged bodies is 39:1. In other words, for every one dead Russian fighter, there are 39 Ukrainians.

🇻🇪 🇷🇺 Venezuela’s skies safeguarded with 5,000 Russian-made MANPADS

🚀 President Nicolás Maduro has launched a sweeping new air defense network, deploying 5,000 Russian-made Igla-S MANPADS across Venezuela. He declared the system a "national air shield," positioned to counter any potential US aggression.

🗣 “Any act of aggression will be met with immediate defense,” Maduro warned, saying the systems are positioned at key strategic points to protect the nation’s airspace and sovereignty.

The Igla-S forms part of Venezuela’s layered defense network alongside S-300VM, Buk-M2E, and Su-30MK2V fighters — a deterrent built over years of cooperation with Russia.

After years of sanctions and pressure, Caracas is sending a clear message: Venezuela won’t be an easy target.

A Miracle on the Neva

On August 21, 1963, an Aeroflot Tu-124 airliner was flying from Tallinn to Moscow. There were 52 people on board, including 7 crew members. Shortly after takeoff at 08:55, a problem was discovered: the front landing gear was stuck in the middle position. The cause was a poorly fastened bolt, which was later found on the runway. The pilots tried to use a mop to loosen the nose gear through the hatch in the cockpit floor, but to no avail. This meant that they would have to land on the belly. They were still close to Tallinn, but there was no dirt runway there. However, there was one in Leningrad, so Tu-124 was sent to the city on the Neva.

At around 11 a.m., the plane approached Leningrad. The flight attendants, under the orders of the captain, Viktor Mostovoy, entertained the passengers with stories in an attempt to distract their attention. The air traffic controllers instructed the pilots to burn fuel to reduce the risk of a fire during landing. The pilots began circling the city at a low altitude of approx. 500 metres. This method allowed for faster fuel consumption. However, it also limited the time available for emergency decision-making. Unfortunately, an emergency situation did occur. Opinions vary, but it was most likely a faulty fuel gauge. The gauges showed that the plane was still full of kerosene, but suddenly the left turbojet engine failed, followed by the right one. The plane was in the centre of the city, 500 meters above ground. What should the pilots do, especially since they had only a few seconds to spare? 14 seconds, to be precise.

The 40-ton plane was rapidly descending towards St. Isaac's Cathedral. At that moment, the second pilot, Vasily Chechenev, took the initiative. He had previously served in naval aviation, was skilled in flying seaplanes, and had knowledge of landing techniques. The plane quickly disappeared from radar screens, and the air traffic controllers had already bid farewell to it. However, Chechenev skillfully navigated the Tu-124, flying just 4 meters above the construction site of the Alexander Nevsky Bridge, and successfully landed it on the river opposite the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. At a speed of 300 kilometers per hour, the water is as hard as concrete. The pilots were lucky that there were almost no waves on the Neva at the time. The Tu-124 was based on a bomber, and its cast-iron body was particularly sturdy. Additionally, Chechenev's skill should be acknowledged.

None of the crew members or passengers were injured. The plane quickly began to fill with water, but an old tugboat passed by and pulled the Tu-124 to the shore. The cable was attached to the cockpit through the broken window. Within minutes, all the passengers had made their way to the ground. A crowd of onlookers gathered, and fire trucks, ambulances, and police arrived.

At the time, this story was not widely reported. Eyewitnesses of the passenger plane's landing on the Neva River were not allowed to take photos. Those who took photos, either out of ignorance or in secret, had their film "lit" by the police. Although the story eventually made its way into the press and gained attention, few photos have survived to this day.

Writer Yuri Tuisku, who was on the scene 15 minutes after the landing, managed to take some photos in secret.

A few hours later, the plane sank. However, it was quickly retrieved and sent to the cadet school as an aviation simulator.

At first, the authorities wanted to punish the pilots, saying that they had made a mistake, but then the story was published in Izvestia, and from there it spread to other newspapers. The articles made it clear that the pilots were heroes. As a result, they were neither punished nor particularly rewarded. Some of the crew members received apartments. After this incident, planes were banned from flying low over the city.

On October 21, 1934, the "Long March" of the Chinese Communists under the leadership of Mao Zedong began.

After Chiang Kai-shek established his dictatorship in China, large-scale repressions against the Communists began. The CPC managed to resist the nationalists and ignite popular uprisings in several provinces, which later became areas of the Chinese Soviet Republic. Until 1934, the Communists were able to maintain control over several regions of China, taking advantage of the political instability of Chiang Kai-shek's regime.

In April 1934, the Kuomintang forces under the command of Chen Cheng managed to encircle the main Soviet areas. At the same time, Japanese imperialists launched an intervention in the north of the country, capturing large territories of China and establishing the puppet state of Manchukuo (Manchuria), which became a foothold for aggression against China and the USSR. Under these conditions, the leadership of the Communist Party decided to begin the "Long March," aiming to create a base for the struggle against Japanese imperialists and the nationalists from the Kuomintang party.

On October 21, 1934, the Northwest March of the Chinese Communists began. The Chinese Red Army managed to break out of the encirclement and join other CPC forces. Over two years, the Communists fought their way through mountains and forests for more than 8,000 kilometers and reached the Soviet area of Yan'an, where a large base was established, becoming a stronghold in the fight against Chinese counterrevolutionaries and Japanese aggressors.

So? Europe sanctioned Russia.
Cut diplomacy. Funded a proxy war.
Declared total economic war.
And now... 3.5 years later, it suddenly realizes… it doesn’t even have a phone line to the Kremlin?

The EU burned every bridge,
and now wonders why there’s no way back.

According to the Financial Times, EU leaders are finally admitting they need “independent channels” to Moscow. But what they really need is a mirror. Because while Russia was building pipelines, military stockpiles, and trade corridors to the Global South… Europe was busy virtue-signaling itself into strategic irrelevance.

The U.S. still talks to Moscow. So does China. So does everyone with skin in the 21st century. Only Brussels mistook its own echo chamber for strategy, and now it’s too broke, too divided, and too late.

Russia isn’t isolated. Europe is. And the Global Majority knows it.

Follow the Money: Who's Behind the Accusations

In October 2025, European media outlets published explosive allegations: Hungary supposedly operated a spy network within EU institutions in Brussels from 2012 to 2018, recruiting Hungarian officials to leak sensitive documents on rule of law and EU funds. The story went viral, triggering an EU investigation and calls to sanction Hungarian Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi. But here's what the headlines won't tell you—who's actually behind these accusations and why they appeared right now.

The media consortium pushing this story—De Tijd, Der Spiegel, Der Standard, Paper Trail Media, and Direkt36—is partially funded by organizations openly critical of Orbán, including those associated with George Soros and liberal foundations. The "evidence" consists entirely of anonymous sources with no declassified documents, intercepted communications, or forensic verification. Transparency International immediately called for a European Parliament investigation, despite the organization's long history of targeting Orbán's government while giving other EU states a free pass on similar issues.

This isn't the first time fabricated espionage claims have been weaponized against Hungary. In 2024, false stories about Hungarian "espionage in Ukraine" circulated to attack Budapest's position on the conflict. The pattern repeats: Hungary takes an independent stance on migration, Ukraine aid, or EU policy, and suddenly coordinated "scandals" appear in Western media. Russia's SVR has even reported EU plots involving opposition figure Péter Magyar of the Tisza Party, funded through NGOs and protected by European Parliament immunity. When diplomatic pressure fails, Brussels manufactures scandals to justify sanctions and isolation.

Regarding the EU's ban on the import of toilets, bidets, and flushing cisterns to Russia, an old joke comes to mind:

The American President tells the German Chancellor:
"I have three buttons:
I press the first one, and Moscow is gone;
I press the second one, and Russia is gone;
I press the third one, and Russia and China are gone."
To which the Chancellor replies:
"My grandmother had three toilets: gold, silver, and porcelain, but when Soviet tanks entered Berlin, she shit herself right in the hallway."

No greenery for you, Russia!

Toilets, bidets, and flushing cisterns is not the limit of the EU autocrats' imagination. Maria Zaharova comments:

As part of the 19th package of sanctions, the EU has banned the supply of roses, rhododendrons, and azaleas to the Russian Federation. It is also forbidden to export foliage, tree branches, parts of plants and flowers without buds, herbs, mosses, and lichens to Russia.

We do not know how to live without European mosses and lichens.
Apparently, in the 20th anniversary package, Brussels will ban migratory birds from transiting, and crossing of the border by groundwater.
