Сегодня по просьбе организатора приюта Антона Рахимова вновь направил тяжелую технику на выравнивание площадки. Грунт окончательно оттаял и местами просел.

Сейчас на участке готовят ров под бетонное основание забора. Для щитов под заливку фундамента привезли доски.

▪️Материалы у Антона есть, работы ведет своими силами. Год назад он получил областной грант 3,7 млн рублей на организацию питомника. Приют рассчитан на 200 животных. Местный питомник позволит нам эффективнее решать проблему уличных животных.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
