В десятку самого дорогого жилья на Северо-Западе попали и другие объекты Калининградской области. Так, вторую позицию заняла двухкомнатная квартира в Зеленоградске за 180 тысяч. В топ также вошли Светлогорск (четвёртое место) и Пионерский (пятое). Там предлагают снять недвижимость за 120 тысяч рублей в месяц.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
