Как пояснила заявитель, её сын не получил ежемесячные выплаты за период нахождения в командировке. Войсковая часть ссылается на отсутствие основания для выплат, что по её мнению незаконно.
Дал всю необходимую консультацию обратившейся, а также направил депутатское обращение в военную прокуратуру с целью восстановления нарушенных прав военнослужащего. Ситуация взята под личный контроль.
