Больше всего жалоб по обращению с отходами поступает от жителей Камчатского края, Самарской области, Республики Карелия. Сложная ситуация наблюдается в трех регионах страны — в Республике Дагестан и Карелия, а также в Забайкальском крае.
«Запланированы мероприятия по обеспечению льготного лизинга, в 19 регионах планируется заключение концессионных соглашений без конкурсных процедур»,
– указал председатель комитета Госдумы РФ по экологии Дмитрий Кобылкин.
