В социальных сетях сообщают, что на этом участке в августе-сентябре проводились работы по установке газовых коммуникаций. Предполагается, что трубы были уложены с нарушениями, иначе инцидент с машиной не произошел бы.
Данный участок ещё не принят администрацией, но тем не менее качество работ уже проверено на практике. Труба, вероятно, раздавлена
