سومین ماه اجرای حکم پابند #رویا_بلوری دبیر شیمی حق‌التدریس مناطق ۱ و ۲ و ۱۶ تهران آغاز شد. این معلم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر در شعبه‌ی ۱۲ دادگاه انقلاب کرج به شش ماه پابند الکترونیکی و شش ماه زندان تعلیقی و سه سال ممنوع‌الخروجی و دو سال منع از فعالیت‌های اجتماعی محکوم شده است.
ایشان که از سال ۵۹ تا ۷۸ به تناوب دبیر مدارس تهران بوده در حکم بدوی در شعبه‌ی دو دادگاه انقلاب البرز به یکسال زندان محکوم شده بود.
موارد اتهام ایشان که به وکیل ایشان، محمد اولاد، ابلاغ شده بود «تبلیغ علیه‌نظام» و «تشویش اذهان عمومی» بوده که در نهایت مورد «تبلیغ علیه‌نظام» از نظر قاضی مربوطه احراز شده و حکم برای آن صادر گردیده است.
