Документ предусматривает условия предоставления льготы в муниципальных дошкольных учреждениях в размере 100% от установленной суммы родительской платы. Освобождение от оплаты будет действовать с 1 октября 2022 года. Расходы возьмет на себя местный бюджет.
Также будет предоставлено бесплатное получение дополнительного образования в муниципальных учреждениях культуры, образования, спорта.
Кроме того, бесплатное питание в школах для детей, в том числе в группах продленного дня, чьи родители были мобилизованы для участия в СВО, предусматривается с 1 ноября 2022 года.
